Privacy Policy

Jarvis is a private, internal tool for the staff and agents of Matin Real Estate. It is not a consumer product and is not open to the public. This page explains what Jarvis collects, why, and what happens to it.
Who this covers
Jarvis has two kinds of people in it. Users are the brokers, agents and staff who sign in. Contacts are the clients, prospects and homeowners whose activity appears inside Jarvis because it already exists in the brokerage systems Jarvis reads from. Contacts do not have Jarvis accounts and never interact with it directly.
What Google gives us when you sign in
Jarvis uses Google Sign-In to establish who you are. It requests three basic scopes and nothing else: openid, email and profile. From these we receive your name, your email address, your Google account identifier and your profile picture.
Jarvis does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service, and cannot read them. Signing in to Jarvis gives it your identity and nothing more.
Your email address is the key that matches you to your agent record, so that you see your own production figures rather than someone else’s. Sign-in is limited to approved company email domains; an address outside that list is refused.
Business information inside Jarvis
Jarvis does not gather information from the public. It displays data that the brokerage already holds in the systems it runs on, pulled in on a schedule or forwarded by automation:
- Sisu — agent roster, closed units, sales volume, gross commission income, pending transactions and company production totals.
- Sierra Interactive — lead records and website activity for contacts in the brokerage CRM.
- Fello — homeowner engagement, including home-value lookups and requests to speak with an agent.
- Slack — messages posted in the company team channel.
Some of these records contain contact details for clients and prospects, such as a name, email address, phone number or property address. That information is business data belonging to the brokerage. It is handled under the brokerage’s own client confidentiality obligations, and it is shown in Jarvis only to authorized staff.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not use Google user data, or any data in Jarvis, for advertising.
- We do not use it to build profiles for marketing to anyone outside the brokerage.
- We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels or third-party cookies in Jarvis.
The only cookie Jarvis sets is the session cookie that keeps you signed in, plus the short-lived security cookies Google’s sign-in flow requires. Clearing them signs you out.
Where it is stored, and who can reach it
Jarvis runs on Vercel and stores its data in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. Access is limited to signed-in users on an approved company domain, and to the small number of administrators who maintain the system.
Not everything is visible to everyone. Unit counts appear on the team leaderboard, which all users can see. Individual income figures — commission and paid income — are shown only to the agent they belong to and to brokerage leadership.
How long it is kept
Production and roster figures are refreshed from Sisu on a nightly schedule and reflect the current state of those systems rather than a permanent archive. Activity cards forwarded from Sierra, Fello and Slack remain until they are superseded or removed. When someone leaves the brokerage their access is revoked, and their user record is removed on request.
Service providers
Jarvis depends on Google (sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Zapier (moving records between systems), and the brokerage platforms named above. Each processes data only to provide its service. We do not transfer Jarvis data to anyone else except where required by law, or where necessary to complete a real estate transaction the brokerage is already handling.
Your choices
You can revoke Jarvis’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page; you will simply no longer be able to sign in. To ask what Jarvis holds about you, to correct it, or to have it removed, write to manager@matinrealestate.com. Clients and prospects may use the same address to ask about their own information.
Children
Jarvis is a workplace tool for brokerage staff. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what Jarvis collects or how it is used, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify users inside the app.
